Our senior instructors are Adrian Quick (5th Dan) and Andrew Lightfoot (5th Dan), both of whom have trained with the KDS for many years.
We also have regular training sessions with East of England KDS, giving an alternative insight into each other’s practices.
We’re a friendly club with male and female members of all grades and we’re always looking out for new members. The first session is free, so if you’re interested in learning karate, then give us a try!
Please note that we are an adults-only club and do not currently accept junior members.
