There are some food outlets near the sports centre at the hospital concourse. A small selection of snacks and drinks are available from the sports centre front desk.
Showers are available, and there is free parking at the hospital multi storey car park.

Travelling around Cardiff
The Saturday social will be at Cardiff Bay, which is a 20 minute drive from training.
If you are staying in the centre, it’s easy to walk to the bay, but you might want to organise a lift to training or get a taxi. Taxis are affordable because Cardiff is a small city and you’re never travelling far.
The bus timetable can be a bit difficult to work out, but there are regular buses going to Heath hospital from most parts of the city.
