Limited numbers
The number of attendees will be limited to 20 (first come first serve).
So please let us know by Monday 28 June if you are planning to attend, as you may not be allowed to participate without registering beforehand.

Social distancing
The course will be led by the 5th Dans.
Social distancing will be observed and practice will involve Bo, Bokken and hand pad (to be used with the Bo practice).
Please bring them along with you as you are not expected to share them with anyone. Do let us know if you haven’t got any of them, and we will try to provide for you.
Facilities
The Sports Centre is equipped with hand sanitizer, and you may want to bring your own hand gel, wipes, towel etc.
Changing rooms are open but the centre advises against use.
Masks are required to enter the facility but do not need to be worn during training. However you may do so if you want.
Saturday evening social
This will now to be at a restaurant if you would like to join us, please let us know.
Testing – Lateral Flow Device (LFD)
Finally, it’s recommended for you to have a Lateral Flow Device (LFD) test before attending the course. The tests are free and can give you a result in 30 minutes and do not need to be sent to a lab. You can do a test at home or at a Lateral Flow test site.
You can collect up to 2 packs of 7 tests from a local pharmacy or test site.
